I wasn't going to do it until next week, but I had my monthly one-on-one progress meeting with my manager today. I figured I might as well get it over with.

Fortunately, my manager is the only manager in this in entire office that I have respect for. I felt bad telling her, because I really do like her, and I like working for her...it's the company I hate.

She took it well, and even told me how happy she was for me.

I can't tell you what I huge relief I'm feeling right now. I feel lightheaded.
